We have a strict policy for cancellations and rescheduling to maintain efficient scheduling and customer satisfaction. If you cancel or reschedule your appointment you will incur a fee.
- Cancellation: $125 fee
- Rescheduling: $75 fee
All scheduled cleanings that are canceled while cleaner is En route or canceled while in progress automatic charges of $250
The cleaners will arrive within the time range you booked, typically between 9am-11am. You can request the arrival window that works best for you. If your booking starts at 9am, we will aim to arrive as close to that time as possible but could arrive any time within the scheduled window.

- Normal/Standard Cleaning: Routine cleaning that includes dusting, vacuuming, mopping, bathroom cleaning, kitchen cleaning, and trash removal.
- Deep Cleaning: More thorough cleaning that includes everything in a standard clean plus additional tasks like cleaning baseboards, inside ovens and fridges, and other detailed cleaning tasks.
Yes, we do clean baseboards. This is typically included in our deep cleaning service.
The time it takes to clean your home depends on its size and the level of cleaning required. On average, a standard cleaning might take 2-3 hours for a typical home, while a deep cleaning could take longer.
Yes, we are insured. This provides coverage for any potential damages or incidents that might occur during the cleaning service.

Yes, we perform thorough background checks on all our cleaners to ensure the safety and security of our clients.
Satisfaction is guaranteed, so please do a walkthrough with your cleaner upon completion. As different people have various preferences, we want to ensure you are completely satisfied. We will address any issues promptly and work to rectify any problems. We do not offer re-cleans or refunds once cleaning is complete and approval has been given to our team. This policy helps discourage abuse of our satisfaction guarantee commitment . Any questions or concerns should be communicated to us immediately, as we are always happy to assist and ensure your experience with our team is a pleasurable one.
Yes, we do take special requests. Please inform us of any specific needs or areas you want us to focus on, and we will do our best to accommodate them.
Our discounted rates for Bi-Weekly, Monthly, or Weekly cleanings are intended for ongoing services. Booking a one-time cleaning at a discounted rate with the intent to cancel the service afterward is against our policy. We reserve the right to adjust the pricing or deny the discount if this policy is not adhered to.
